Simply fill out this request form to book a photographer for your game. Our staff will then contact you if we have photographer availability for your date and time.

Conditions that may affect the photos your receive.

  • Often times our Photographers are restricted to certain areas and are not able to cover all areas of the playing surface. We also cannot control the play. Sometimes all the action may be in one end away from where the photographer is allowed.

  • PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR COACH that you have hired a photographer. We have had instances where the coach has refused to allow our photographers into the box.

  • We will not take picture of injuries.

  • We will not take pictures of a defeated, emotional team (based on past customer feedback)

  • In some arenas the glass is so badly scratched the camera will not shoot through it and we are restricted to the players box. Most arenas do not have media boxes and glass cutouts like NHL arenas do.

  • When we shoot action photography we concentrate on action. Close up photography of players faces is secondary and there are conditions that affect it. Helmets obscure players faces and cast shadows on the face. Helmet fitting also affects these type of photos and poorly fitted helmets also obscure the face.

  • We provide all of the photos taken at the game. It is not a curated collection so there will be excellent photos but also photos that are marginal. They are immediately uploaded to the cloud so the Photographer does not have a chance to edit the collection.
