Photo Day 2023

We will be photographing the Raiders on November 4th 2023 9am-5:00 p.m.

for your team photos as well as photos for parents to purchase.

What to wear/bring:

  • U7-U13 - come fully dressed in Home Jersey (Dark)

  • U15-U21 – wear Dress pants and Home Jersey (Dark)(or fully dress in gear if decided by your Head Coach)

  • All age groups need Gloves and Stick

  • Full gear except = No neck guards, helmets and NO SKATES



The photo times booked are very precise and it is VERY IMPORTANT THAT PLAYERS ARE ON TIME so that we can fit in each team.  

Parking can be challenging so please arrive early with your child fully dressed in their team uniform, hockey stick, gloves in hand. Do NOT bring in a hockey bag.  

Team and Coaches to meet in the Southwest corner of the Parking Lot and when the Photographer is ready the Photo Day volunteers will escort them to where they need to go.  Parents are to remain outside or can wait in the designated area inside the showroom. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the photo schedule due to the number of teams, so please accommodate the times provided as we will not be able to wait for late players.  IF you have a conflict, please contact Nadia Stawarz at photography1@raidershc.ca as soon as you recognize you have an issue.

If a PLAYER is not available:  Players who cannot attend Photo Day on November 4th, may come to the reshoot at Prime Sports Studio on November 7th from 5:00-6:30 pm.  Drop in only. More location details are attached to this email.  Players may have their individual image photoshopped into the team image for a $25.00 fee. This must be completed 1 week after the shoot.
